I am making a disc cutter for an antique captain America toy as a favor for a teacher who lost all the discs and they can no longer be had. I am getting my butt kicked for not paying attention to parametric modeling and learning to apply it. I am used to solving design needs/ features on the fly. ADHD. Well that is biting me on the rear quarters.
I need to move the outer blade holder outward just a bit more and it won’t move the old way by selecting all the edges and using the move tool.
The inner hole is not critical. I many end up surgically separating the dual blade holder section and keying it to slide so its adjustable. Works great though.
So much effort 
It’s been taking up room in my office for too long.
