I am currently designing and printing up O scale narrow gauge trains representing 18” gauge mining trains. I use a Dremel 3D45 printer. I find Shapr3D to be very intuitive and easy to use.
That is pretty amazing level of detail. Did you draw the whole thing in Shapr3d? Is it difficult to set wall thicknesses etc… I am a sculptor and seriously considering getting an iPad and Shapr3d as I find Rhino too time-consuming to fully learn and un-intuitive.
Take the plunge mate, Shapr3D is very capable and will only get better with time
