Has anyone else had an issue with the onboarding tutorial starting every single time you open the app? I would likely use the app more frequently, but I find it so frustrating to have to go through the tutorial.
Which version are you using?
Could you please check if iCloud is enabled for Shapr3D on your iPad? To check this you should go to iOS Settings / Apple ID (your apple id at the top of Settings) / iCloud. Here you can see all the apps using iCloud. Please search for Shapr3D and check if the switch is on. If it’s not, please turn it on that should solve the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience.
