New here and wondered, is there a radius tool to simply add a radius to corners?

No. Draw a radius and connect lines or draw draw your corner then radius or circle and use the trim tool. Clunky but no radius tool for line drawing.

That said, if you intend to extrude a solid, you can always use the chamfer/fillet tool after extruding. It’s super easy to use: it’s selected automatically whenever you select an edge.

I for 1 would prefer both methods were available.
