Is there a way to cut out some centimetres from a cylinder’s length, from its midsection? There are screw threads on either end, which I would struggle to redo at this stage, but the tube is too long
You can very easily cut the middle out and join the two remaining parts.
Here I’ve sketched a 4mm high rectangle and used it to cut 4mm from the middle of a tube. I then moved the two parts together and then used Union to join them back into one piece.
