I’m at the start of a process of drawing all our products but I use the same parts repetitively over a lot of our designs. Is there a way to save a parts list so I can start a new drawing and select parts previously drawn to “import” into the new drawing.

Sorry no. Not at this time.
As stated by Oregonnerd, not as you describe it. However, you can created a folder within Files for each project, and export the components to that Folder.
Then as you need those components, you access that Folder and import the components, albeit one by one.
I have hundreds of components that I reuse all the time. They are saved in project Folders. It only takes a moment to import previous component designs. Save the component designs as Shapr3D format.
