Hello. I am trying to create the nose section of an Embraer ERJ-135 aircraft by using cross sections and the loft tool. I have made sure that each and every intersecting point is actually intersecting, yet I am unable to loft each of these circles together without getting this error. Using this same method for the tail of the aircraft has worked just fine, but no matter what I try, I keep ending up with this issue. I have redrawn the entire thing multiple times and checked each and every point. Does anybody know what the issue here is? Could it be the sudden angle where the bottom of the cockpit windows and the nose cone meets? Removing the angle and making the shape smoother has no effect and I still run into this issue. Posting here as a last resort.
Edit: I also occasionally get the error: ‘Fault detected in a guide wire’, and after redrawing the guide lines, the issue still persists.
The image above is a screenshot of a video that I recorded since I cannot upload videos yet.
