Same fillet on continuous edges with different angles

I’ve been stuck with days for two days now. Trying to get fillet all these edges and want to make it look like a continuous fillet all around, but understandably, the slanted edges would require a bigger radius to appear to match the other ones.

Usually my method for more intricate fillets is sketching, sweeping and subtracting a profile along the edges, but of course, because of the slanted surface, that doesn’t really work either.

Any ideas on how to tackle this?

Fillet the edges individually to match.

I’m sorry, I think my attempt to isolate the issue ended up oversimplifying it. This is the actual usecase. One of the issues is that the shape is not symmetrical, meaning the fillet would have to progressively scale somehow.

I’ve tried all kinds of things, such as cutting away the slanted part and then using loft to create a gradual transition, but nothing has worked so far. I caaan get something roughly light, but the edge loops end up being really ugly and create weird shading.

If this kind of result is ok than try to turn off “Include tangent edges” option in some fillets.
