May I ask you for help.
I have some problems with the loading time of some of my Shapr 3D Designs. The smaller ones load quickly within about 10 seconds, a very big one, more than 10 minutes. Do you think the performance of my notebook is too less? It is a Dell Letitude 7490 Intel(R) Core™ i5-8350U CPU @ 1.70GHz 1.90 GHz 24GB Ram, Windows 11.
Do you think a Gamig PC a PowerPC wouldn’t have any problem?
The CPU Load is since 10 minutes at about 30%, the memory consumption from Shapr3D is 645MB.
Is that normal?

If you don’t mind, could you open a support ticket and attach the project in question? We can check if everything works as expected or not.
While we always tweak things to optimise and use more threads, some calculations are single threaded, meaning they put heavy load to 1 CPU core. Since your CPU is a bit dated, and optimised to low power consumption instead of performance, it’s impacting import times. If you are planning to work on relatively large and complex designs, I would suggest changing to either a power focussed laptop / PC or to a recent Mac.
