“Delete all booleans”
You can add a fillets so easily but they stop your design from progressing sometimes as the union, subtract, etc become unreliable when fillets have been added. Trying to back and delete fillets leads to hidden boolean operations that sometimes are impossible to find on complex models. There should be a way to remove all booleans once you select the model at the top level. Or a force delete booleans.
“pivot points and pivot groups”
How can we create and build high end 3d objects that we need to test rotation, movement and use of before printing without the ability to lock pivot points and then group objects giving them new pivot points to test them. Every 3d program ever has had this functionality, it’s time to bring it here.
“How about a quick way to enlarge openings for slides, rails, etc.”
Anything where two pieces need to connect there should be a simple way to open up the area around it by a percentage or point to make this process quicker. If you know the average tolerances of most printers are .xx mm then this should be fairly easy.
“The ability to change the camera control hot keys.”
They are super annoying right now, would be nice to be able to not have to use multiple keys to move the camera when one chosen hot key would work just fine.
"The ability to turn on and keep on “keep all originals”
Its super annoying and time consuming to have to turn this on every time you use a tool.
“section view”
we shouldn’t have to create a plane every time we want to peer inside. This should be part of the function, select section view, select, top, bottom, left, right and create a moveable line or plane that auto hides once selected. Current workflow is clunky.
Thats all for now… please help make this great program more professional, right now it lacks some really integral pieces to aid in making great industrial design and since this isnt a program to make character animation, im not sure why its missing them.
