Shapr3D White Screen on Startup App Not Loading

Hi everyone,

I recently installed Shapr3D on my Windows 11 PC, but whenever I try to open the application, all I get is a white screen with no menus, tools, or workspace loading. The app does not crash, but I can’t interact with anything.

I have tried updating my graphics drivers NVIDIA RTX 3060, reinstalling Shapr3D, running it as an administrator, and switching between my integrated and dedicated GPU, but the issue persists. I also tested it on another device, and the problem still occurs.

Has anyone else faced this problem? Could it be a graphics rendering issue, a bug in the latest update, or a compatibility problem with my system? Any help or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated!

That is a pain!
I have not had any trouble as yet with graphics issues.
I have run on both Windows10 and 11.
Currently using a RTX4070 for graphics (driver version 556.19)
Just a thought, I am still on Windows 11 (23H), I have not updated to 24H2.
Major windows updates, always make me nervous.
With any luck somebody from Shapr3D might see your post and comment on a known issue.
