I have a pro account with Shapr3D, but can’t seem to be logged in on two devices at the same time. Does my pro subscription not support the ability to be logged in on two different devices at the same time?

Hi Wayne, you can not be logged into two or more of the same app version simultaneously.
So you can use the iPad and the Mac version simultaneously but it’s not possible to use two iPadOS versions simultaneously with the same subscription.
