I was making sure I understood the subtract tool and regrettable went into settings. now when I select bodies I get a plus and minus symbol but never get to “ done”.
If you don’t see “done” then Shapr3d “thinks” that there is nothing to subtract. Move or hide one of the bodies to see if the subtract was already accomplished. (You may have already completed the subtract.)
You were right, it didn’t look like it it was removing it. I have a tray that sits under the armrest of my excavator and one of them is missing on the other side. So I’m very close to making a 3-D print. Thank you for the help.
