I’m modeling the mixer on the image below for a project. However, I’m not entirely sure how to go forward with the blades. Any ideas? There are technical drawings of the model on their website.

There are some great videos on youtube, though they are not new. Since then we have Patterns too, so you only have to model one blade.
I hope they help you with the idea.
