Translate Tool Problem

I drew a cross section sketch on a created Construction plane in ortho view. Unfortunately I positioned it about 1 cm too low so I tried to Translate it up by about that distance. After I selected the sketch and went on to select begin and end points, I got a bizarre dimension instead of the normal blue points.

It is the sketch in Front Plane. s3d file encl.

I went to a New Workspace and had the same exact problem with 1st sketch. So I deleted sketch and drew a simple rectangle and Translate worked ok again.

Thanks, we will look into this.

Perhaps this is related to a Pencil double bounce? I changed the Pencil sensitivity to Low (first time ever) and had no further problems on similar sketches FYI.
