Trouble reading exported DXF file

I have made a simple sketch on the front plane consisting of a circle and a square.
I have exported it to DXF.
Using DeltaCad, FreeCad, or eDrawings, none of them can display the entire drawing.
Usually all I get is a horizontal line, or the horizontal line and any circles in the drawing.
So my assumption is that my vendor will also have trouble reading the file and making my parts.

What am I doing wrong?
I have a sketch I need to export ASAP to send out for fabrication. I really dont want to re-draw it in another program.

I am also having trouble getting suppliers to read my exported dxf files

Does no one else export them ?

The issue I’ve discovered is that you must export top views only. I have to move side panels for example, to the top view, then export it. That has worked for all my exported fabrication parts.
