I have been having issues importing STL files and step files and I made the mistake of uninstalling and reinstalling shaper 3-D I seem to have lost all of my designs. Please help me

We would like to take a look into your issue. Can you send me the STL and STEP files which you were experiencing issues with? Or you can send them to our support at support@shapr3d.com.
Regarding your designs please check if you have an iCloud or backup save from before the app reinstallation. In that case you have it, you can restore your designs.
