where? I only see “On Hover, On All Buttons” or “Always”

Yes, those are the two options, you are correct. We haven’t implemented a feature to turn it off even for hover.
Please put the undo/redo buttons back in or near the lower corner!!! At least on iPad! Within reach of thumb!!
These buttons are as much an integral part of sketching and designing as delete and trim. They do not belong on the header! I have been an early user - since before any cross platform integration, and have been hoping that the wonderful iPad experience would not be spoiled.
Suddenly, my fluid, flawless workflow has been interrupted. At least, let Us put them where we use them.

Hi @Edge , have you tried using the system default 3 finger swipe gestures for undo and redo?
The 3-finger helps a lot, but thumbing the undo redo was much more useful than the current center top position.

One more thing to consider is that with the introduction of History-Based Parametric Modeling later this year, undo and redo will be less often used.

Is there a way to revert back to the original view without losing future updates to the app?
I just prefer the old one as i use it daily and im so used to it

Hi Matt, no, it’s not possible. I understand that a major interface revamp can be disturbing initially.
Ahhh thats a shame!
It would be fine if it still had the text next to the icons, i can’t find anything because i can’t remember what all the icons are hahaha! 
You can turn it on to permanently show the names of the tools under settings.

Thank you all in the staff for working so hard on all the upgrades.
It will takecsom time to remember where all are located but in the long run its amazing.
The thing i would like is undo buttons in the corner as others said .
Cant wait for the beta to roll out. Signed up quick for it and i guess it soon will be out to test.

The new interface is truly beautiful and the app is brilliant. But I do want the Undo/Redo buttons back under my thumb on the side. They are used constantly while Sketching! You know, “oh, rats, that line is in the wrong place”, or “I drew a circle instead of a square” . Tap, draw. The history tree will be a separate feature - welcome and terrific, but not an immediate gesture. The wonderful thing about your app is that it is mindless - in other words, so natural that you don’t have to think. Undo/Redo belongs with sketching tools. Even more immediate than delete, which takes another tap. Also, three finger swipe means changing pencil grip. Not as useful as tapping with pencil tip on the top. Neither as good as under thumb.

Swiping to redo makes me have to change my pencil grip. Please keep this optiized for iPad. This has been a miracle of an app for drawing in 3d with the apple pencil.

Is this an in-app update or do I need to literally download and reinstall it from the site? I don’t see any options in the app, nor is it auto-updating.

I didn’t get the auto update either.
For days I watched other users commenting on the look of the refresh while waiting for my update…
…but it never came.
Eventually, I headed to the App Store and downloaded it from there 
Auto-updates are gradually rolled out, but if you go to the App Store or Microsoft Store, you can always update manually.
I had gone to the MS store and it just had an “Open” button with no option to update… But going back now, it has “Open” and “Update” buttons. So, thank you for making me double check

Agree here. Big change in workflow for me to have to use my pen hand to do undo/redo rather than the hand doing all the other functions.
Also would love for double tap with 2 fingers to do undo like is standard on most other ipad apps.
