Managed to get to the bottom of the problem in another thread with video uploaded Help please (look at video)
and yes, iCloud is always a good fallback option!
Daniel, you’re welcome. Glad we got a video, although I was thinking a direct iPad video from the iOS methodology. Did you also receive the Shapr3D file? I’m curious to see if it’s the file itself? McD
Yep, got the file. Couldn’t figure out the source of the problem myself, but the devs will do their magic and fix it (it is a reproducible crash thankfully )
