I think the version is 1.7 I downloaded the most recent version. The attached photo shows what I am trying to perform. It is a subtraction operation. This is a 3D printer part from Thingiverse. Shapr3D says operation failed. Usually I would just create a circle on a plain and theetrude the circle. If I extrude the circle all the way through the part it normally would create the whole without having to do a subtract function.

I tried the subtract function on another part and that worked as advertised. I have one tried these 2 parts so far.
