This program crashes more than any program I have ever used, ever in my entire life. And now many of my programs will not open at all. Only the super simple basic designs. It didnt used to do this! Updated my iPad Pro to latest version, still doesnt work. Not on my ipad pro, nor on my Macbook pro. Also updated my Macbook pro to latest version. Updated Shapr3D to latest version, nothing but crashes.
The program will be working ok, then I close for the day, and it never opens ever again. Not on iPad Pro, or Macbook Pro. Why do I still pay for this piece of crap program!? I want my money back and I want my files that I created while I was paying for this program. I have never used any program ever that crashed so much. And support seems to just be a damn bot that offers help in other categories but not for this. No help, no files, and you have taken my subscription money.

Please include the specifications of your devices, and the .shapr files you are experiencing the issue with.
We would like to investigate the cause.
