Move designs to another account

Good morning (o;

Just out of curiosity…I use Shapr3d with a subscription paid by my employer…

So when my company doesn’t support it anymore and I decide to subscribe privately…
are all my designs lost then?

Hi,

The designs are associated with the Shapr3D account you use, so as long as you subscribe with the same, you will have access to all of them.

If you wish to create a new account and have the designs on it, you will need to export all the designs from the other account (best use .shapr format, as that’s the only one which will include 2D drawings and Visualization too), and import it to the new one.
