Designs disappeared

Hi I have the business subscription and I had a over 10 designs in my library. What happened in the last day is that all my designs disappeared.

First all of them where with a lock and now they disappeared.

I think that pay $60 dollars a month is a considerable amount of money for loosing all your designs.

Hi @Nogueira, most likely you just signed out, and you’ll just have to sign in with your Shapr3D account.

Is this my Apple ID or could be another email?

Hello! It is independent of Apple ID, can be any email. If you are not sure what email address you have used, please check where you receive our newsletters :slight_smile:
