Direct circle-to-line edge distance constraint in Sketch

The problem that this feature will solve:

In Sketch, I cannot directly define the clearance between the edge of a circle/arc and a line. Currently, I have to dimension from the center of the circle to the line and manually add the radius to the desired clearance. If I later change the diameter of the circle, I also have to recalculate and change this dimension manually.

Brief description of the outcomes that you expect from this feature:

I want to be able to define a distance between a circle/arc edge and a line so that the specified clearance remains constant when the circle diameter changes.

What can’t you achieve without this feature?

I can achieve the geometry using calculations or additional construction geometry, so it is not a complete workflow blocker. However, it makes parametric sketches unnecessarily cumbersome and creates dimensions that do not represent the actual design intent. It also means that changing a circle diameter can require manually recalculating other dimensions in the sketch.
