How to draw a rod/pipe with a circular cross section from a square cross section along an arc?

I would like to draw a pipe with a circular cross-section from a pipe with a square starting cross-section along a freely drawn arc. It’s like using the “Loft” and “Sweep” functions at the same time. I attached the photo. How can this be solved?

The Loft tool works with single cross-sections. Use it first to create your shape, and then apply the Shell tool on both ends to hollow it out like in the video below:

Thanks for the answer, but that wasn’t the question. Your solution works along a straight line. I want to get from the square to the circle along a freely drawn curve, as it was in my description and in the picture.

Guided Loft will do what you want. There’s plenty of topics on the forum with examples.

Thanks, I didn’t know about this feature. After that I read and managed to solve the problem.
