How to knurl a curved cone shape?

I have a cone shape. It has a flat circular top and bottom. The top circle is 60mm diameter, the bottom circle is 70mm diameter. The curve of the cone is 22.5 degrees. How would I achieve even sized knurls on the outside?

Edited as had 22.5mm not degrees.

Here’s my approach. Noted that the cone is curved.

I used Revolve, Project, Sweep, Pattern, Replace Face, Union, Subtract and Mirror.
