Hello everyone, I hope you can help me.
Until now, I was able to open DXF files exported from Illustrator in Shapr3D without any issues. However, after the latest update, I am now receiving the following error message.
Even DXF files that I had previously opened in Shapr3D can no longer be opened.
What could be causing this?
Hard to tell without the DXF could you possibly post it here? I have problems sometimes with Vector Program generated DXF vs CAD generated DXF.
Here is my sample DXF for my testing purposes, see if you can open that. To post DXF on the forum you would need to ZIP it, forum only supports Zipped DXF.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I can’t open your file either. Same error message. I was able to open all DXF files before the update. Could it be a settings issue? I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the program. But it didn’t help.
That is odd, I’m able to open it on my Windows, iPad and Mac Shapr. This might be more of technical support issue.
