Importing autocad dwg file

Good evening I have a AutoCad 2019 file that’s is a DWG file and I am trying to open it but it is importing incomplete. Can shaper3D not read cad files? And if it does then how do I import it complete?

If you wish to import a drawing, please pay attention to the supported data types which are lines, polylines, arcs, Bezier curves, circles, and ellipses.
