Actually I understand what you want, what we been discussing is orbiting around objects which was my confusion.
What you want to do is rotate the camera/viewport (canvas) because you prefer not to rotate model. This is possible in Blender since they have Viewport view and Camera view, the camera can be rotated and moved anyway you want.
In Shapr3d we only have these arrows that rotates the viewport, but only 90degrees
A workaround would be possibly project the portion you want to work on, or cut out area you want to work on and rotate to the angle you prefer and align it back original location when your modeling is done.
