I’ve been using Shapr3D for a while, I updated to the new version and the offset tool only works half of the time. Most uses result in a can’t offset this edge error. Any help would be appreciated.
Can you share a specific model where you experience this? We’ll compare it with a previous build.
Sure. I was modeling a Thor’s hammer, I wasn’t having any problems offsetting until the app updated. I got one of the diagonals to offset but it won’t do any of the other diagonals, faces or sides of the hammer.

Yeah the offset tool in the tool menu does the same thing.

I am using the trial version and can’t send a Shapr file. I have managed to offset the face and sides using the single offset, but still can’t offset the diagonals.
