New user, My projects keep disappearing, they sync then come back empty, they were able to get me one backup, but then they’ve ignored me for 24 hours, is support always this bad and is the software always this unstable? Also how is snapping so poorly integrated into this, I’d think the ability to line up geometry especially when extruding or offsetting of the utmost importance for a cad program?
