On Mac OS Sequoia 15.6.1, my Settings System > Mouse and Accessibility are OK.
Shapr3d is the only application that does not take into account inertia when scrolling?
Is it the same for you?

Are you expecting this behavior? I believe Magic Mouse is like having a mini Trackpad.
Inertia Orbit works on with a Trackpad but not sure why you want to scroll this way since it gives no accuracy to where it going to stop. I guess kids can have fun spinning things like a fidget toy. In Shapr it’s just an soft stop, it’s not continuous.
I’m not talking about Orbit but Scroll. That’s why I attached a screenshot above (One finger to Zoom).
For your information SCALEMODEL, Inertia Scroll stop just with one clic like the other applications I use. And no, I’m not a child anymore.
I still attach 2 videos made in Shapr3D and in Plasticity.
I think you have different definition for Inertia Scrolling.
What you are looking for is smooth scroll which is this.
In your screenshot +CTRL is missing or in Magic Mouse +CTRL is not needed.
To do the same thing with normal mouse it’s this.
On the Trackpad.
I assumed your comparing with another software that does have Inertia which is Plasticity, when you let go the action continues. So if you go by that comparison Shapr doesn’t have Inertia, it has Smooth Scroll.
So my conclusion at that time only smooth scroll that Shapr doesn’t have is the Orbit, because only Orbit has a abrupt stop. If you posted the video first I would have just suggested maybe try it with combo +CTRL.
Also KIDS means KIDS different from KID.

I use Rhino Presets (like on Plasticity) but I tried all the possibilities (Recommended and Popular)
FYI presets are there for a reason.
If you choose Rhino presets it cancels other presets, if I choose the Default presets it cancels Rhino presets.
