When I try to import fiels from mcmastercarr website. This shows up. I tried multiple different objects, but still nothing. I downloaded the step files.
Complete reboot? Works to fix things for me on occasion.

If you on ipad try download with Crome, to the Files app. I have same problem , i dont know why safari not works🧐
I couldn’t get the files to download at all through Safari on my IPad. But if you download the McMaster app, the downloads work great.
