Mirrored Lines not combining or selectable

Im trying to combine the mirrored lines… but its not making the matching mirrored lines as selectable? so i cant drag the end points together to create a closed face

You can’t combine them, because they are in a separate sketch, on the same plane.

why were they created in separate sketches!?

ok so how do I create a mirrored line and have it close a circle to create a face?

Unfortunately, your only options right now are to

  1. draw similar sketch entities and set up a symmetry constraint between them, or
  2. draw only half of the symmetric sketch, turn that into a 3D body and then mirror that (and possibly union the two halves together) – in the HBPM beta (which I see you’re using) you’ll still be able to adjust the sketch and the 3D body will follow.

I know both is a hassle. An improved sketch mirror tool that creates the required items and sets up the right constraints in a single step is high on our priority list and it’s coming soon.
