Modeling a low poly fish

I’m trying to model this low poly fish. I can sketch the outline but the spine is say 15mm high. I can create a 3d sketch. I tried extruding and chanffering but that doesn’t work. It’s effectively lots of triangles where they go from 0mm on the outside upto 15mm in the centre of the fish. Any suggestions? Thanks

Instead of chamfer or extrude, I think this can be done exclusively by LOFT.

Just create the blue pyramid, ignore the green ones because blue ones can be used to loft the green ones.

Fins are little tricky, take a look at here, this method can be used to create the fins:
