I’m Usually create two line an angle after that make one circle
Tangent with Line and Use trim cut the line in the corner.
Have anyone has more idea? 
I want to know another way how to selected 2 Line and Fillet or chamfer in Sketch.
Why don’t you just add the fillet or chamfer after you extrude.
