While using a drawing ,app often freeze or close suddenly, or if using virtual color feature,app always shutting down. my device is ipad pro ram16 gb rom 1 terabyte. I checked ram usage while using the app, space of the ram, there is still free 8 gb. Please comment on how to solve the problem.
