Visualization Freezes

Visualization started to freeze on me this week.
iPad Pro 5th Generation iPadOS 16.3.1
This is a model I have used over the last several months nothing really new. Takes a long time to select parts and freezes when I try to change color of the part.

Hello! Please open a support ticket using the link below, we are happy to check what could be the problem. In the ticket, please send us the following:

  1. The Shapr3D design you have the problem with
  2. The version of Shapr3D you are running
  3. A screen recording of the issue - for the recording, please turn on the Display Pencil and touches option. You can find the setting after visiting the Settings of the iPad and scrolling down to Shapr3D.
