Step import is broken on Windows on ARM

Hello,

I’m running Shapr3D on my Surface Pro 11, a Windows on ARM device. I understand that the Shapr3D is being compiled for ARM so I wasn’t expecting any compatibility issues.

However, it seems that I’m unable to import any STEP files into a new or current project. The import always fails with the following error:

The import works fine on my iPad, and I’m also able to open projects on my Surface Pro 11 that include imported STEP files, it’s just the import itself that’s borked.

The STEP file mentioned in the screenshot is available for download here: steamdeck_step_20220202.stp · master · Steam Deck / Hardware · GitLab (steamos.cloud)

Has anyone been able to confirm the issue? I’d like to know if it’s a problem with Shapr or something on my end.

I have the same issue with my new Surface Laptop. Support confirmed they are working on an update to fix, but they won’t give me a timeline so I think it’s a big job.
