Struggling for DAYS on this, Please HELP

I am trying to custom chamfer the inside edges of areas that have been cut out of a disc shape. I have tried the chamfer tool, and if I just select the straight edges and lesser-curved edges, it sort of works, but it won’t work on the tighter curves near one end of the opening.

I’m certain there must be some way to do this that escapes me, maybe with sweep or loft or something, but I just can’t wrap my head around it. Can someone one PLEASE tell me how I should be going about this? I’ve been stuck on this for days now.

You can do it with a sweep along the edge using a plane perpendicular to the edge. Clunky but doable.

Try using an odd/ different number e.g. If you wanted a 2mm chamfer and that doesn’t work, try a 1.95mm chamfer and see if that works.

Sometimes i get weird issues like this and what i do is add a construction plane and project those cutouts onto it. Then close those holes and then extrude the projected sketch back through and then it seems to work

Yes, we miss the Deform/Wrap tool terribly
