My subscription is just about to expire and this morning I woke up with a notification from my banking app that a 325 EUR payment was declined. Luckily, at the moment my available funds were under that number so the payment didn’t go throguh and as soon as I figured out what it was I cancelled it immediately.
How is it possible that my subscription has gotten so much more expensive now? According to your website it should be 277 EUR?
I’m gutted to say that I’m definitely not too happy with the amount requested and the current state of the app, in the past few revisions it has gotten unnecessarily more complicated and slow. I’ve been using shapr3d from the very beginning but now I’m going to be looking to switch to something that’s more reasonable for a hobbyist.
