Hi, I am considering subscribing to the pro version. (I used to have the pro version but abandoned it in favour of the basic version due to financial issues after losing my job.)
Directly in the app I see two pricing options:
yearly £299.99 or monthly £39.99/month.
However, when I navigate to the Shapr3D site in my browser I see different pricing options:
yearly £249 or monthly £33/month.
I tried to contact Shapr3D through the online contact form but am unable to complete the form as a message pops up when I type my email stating that the form does not recognise emails ending with either .com or .co.uk
Could someone from Shapr3D please let me know if I am able to subscribe to the pro version at the lower price?
Naturally I would want to go with the cheaper price but this means downloading the software from the browser rather than clicking the option to ‘get full access’ from the app.
I’m concerned that if I download from the browser it will create a brand new account and I’d lose my earlier models. I have many models still ‘locked out’ until I opt to return to the pro version and some of those I didn’t have time to export before my pro subscription expired last time.
Opting directly from th app will simply revert to pro while unlocking my existing models.
I wish there was an easier way to contact Shapr3D to address this issue.
Yes I understand now. Losing your work would be a disaster. The Shapr team usually see these messages , so hopefully one of them will be along to help you soon.

Both subscription methods offer the same technical features and access. The primary difference lies in how payments are managed:
** App Store Subscriptions: Apple manages billing, cancellations, and refunds.*
** Website Subscriptions: These are handled directly by our support team.*
