A repeating geometric pattern. Diamond shaped. You could create one and use the pattern tool and then add/ subtract that to the lens. To make a diamond shape simply draw a diamond sketch, extrude it then use the scale tool and scale the top surface of the extruded diamond down to 0.01 Shapr3D Webviewer
