Could you share your design exported as a .shapr file in a private message or via an email to peter.gyongyosi@shapr3d.com ? Normally these badges should be placed so that they don’t cover the object you’d want to reach, but something in your sketch breaks this logic.
I faced with same kind of problems but didn’t count that as a bug. I can make a report about that if needed.
