What’s the easiest/best way to create a torus shape with a specific inner diameter?

This is one way to do it.
Sketch a Circle, the Diameter of which, minus the Diameter of the Torus Section/Profile, will equal the Internal Diameter of the Torus.
Use Add > Construction Plane > choose option Perpendicular to Curve at Point
On the Construction Plane Sketch the Profile of the Torus Ring:
Use Tools > Sweep to form the Torus.
In this case 80mm Diameter - 10mm Diameter = 70mm Diameter

I know this thread is old but this is the closest I could find to try to achieve what I want to do !
Basically, I’m trying to do a torus like described before but the opposite. I mean like a torus hole instead. The goal is to create a keychain hole. Would you know how to do this ? Right now I have the opposite :
