If I draw a rectangle in a new design I an easily translate and rotate it.
But if I draw the rectangle inside a rough sketch of a room, I can only translate but not rotate.
Transform failed, could not resolve constraints on sketches.
If I draw the rectangle outside of the room I can rotate it. Quite odd… This seems dead simple.

The rectangle you are trying to rotate probably has a Horizontal-Vertical constraint on at lease one line. Remove that constraint and you can rotate the rectangle.

Thinking about this more, here is a real case where the app can be improved by the Shapr team by providing a better Error Message as in: Object Cannot Be Rotated Because Constrained to Horizontal/Vertical.
It’s not good to make your users feel stupid!

Yes, that would be great - the problem is that in non-trivial cases you just can’t tell why the user can’t rotate it. Although we could cover the trivial ones manually.
Sometimes, when I´ve found this, I create a copy, so I can do all transformation a require. After that I delate the original.
