Export1= Holder-solid ( base+Holder)
Export2=Kabel-solid
Export3= Holder+Kabel unite
Export4=Holder+Kabel+rounded corners
Export5=Holder+Kabel+block to substract
Export6=Export5
Export7= error substract
Please find picture of bug…
It is very frustrated job.
I try to make all fine, check every step , unite the parts, make it fine…
Last step I loose all my work.

Thanks, let me take a look. You can manage your subscriptions in iTunes. This issue will be fixed in the next release.
I have successfully reproduced the issue, now I am looking into it.
This is NOT the solution, but if you cut the shape from the other side, it will work fine.
And since it is symmetrical, in this case it should work, but we will have to fix this bug indeed.
I have found the issue and fixed it, it will be included in the next release. Please find the fixed file attached, and we are sorry for the inconvenience. fixed.shapr (1.3 MB)

By the other side I mean like if you mirrored the box to the symmetry plane of the other shape.
Yes, Shapr3D 2.0 is coming very soon (few weeks, we are working on it like crazy)
