When Shapr3D crashes, I immediately reopen the application.
The drawing I was working with is now inaccessible because it is “Uploading…”.
This is a mild inconvenience for users with fast Internet connections.
I had a slow Internet connection, gave-up waiting, and deliberately turned-off WiFi and Bluetooth in the hope that the “Uploading…” state would terminate. The status remains “Uploading…”, even without an internet connection, and across application restarts.
The upshot is that if Shapr3D crashes while a user has a slow or intermittent Internet connection, the user is then locked out of their work, possibly until the “Uploading…” process completes.
Could you check if you have free storage space on your device? If the device is full, uploading can fail or get stuck, it might not be related to the crash at all.
