Just a quick question that i hope wont take much of your time.
As shown in the image this just randomly happens its very annoying I wish to turn whatever feature this is off if possible.
The camera just weirdly rotates like this when im trying to peacefully 3d model.
Thanks for any help!
I assume this happens when you select something and then quickly try to pan — especially if you’re modeling with one hand only.
If I’m right, then welcome to the club
I guess so..
Any fix?
Unfortunately, no. This isn’t a Shapr3D problem — it’s an iPad issue. I’ve been struggling with it for two years now. I even upgraded from an iPad Pro M2 to an M4, hoping they’d fixed it, but it’s exactly the same.
The root of the problem lies in the Palm Recognition feature. The iPad simply can’t keep up with my working speed. The only reliable workaround I’ve found is to slow down and ideally use both hands — one for the Pencil and the other for pan/zoom/rotate.
Just a ipad issue? Its happening both on my ipad and the screeenshot was from my windows laptop lol..
The screenshot clearly shows the iPad version, and I also described the conditions under which the issue occurs — which you confirmed.
If the problem shows up under different circumstances, then it’s probably a different issue.
oh okay and it is the windows verison for your information, i just used snipping tool to take the screenshot not getting the whole screens image.
What can I say — my guess was off. Just forget everything I said and wait for someone who might actually be able to make sense of your screenshot and description.
