Windows 'Get Started' Loop + no cloud sync

Hi I’m having a glitch when I open the Shapr 3D app on desktop it opens and makes me do the ‘get started’ tutorial every time without skipping. Once I’m through my designs no longer sync. Was working fine a few days ago.
